Scott and his wife Carole have three children and six grandchildren. Prior to getting into real estate, Scott was proud to serve the citizens of Baltimore County as a Police Officer where he served for nearly four years. During his time on he received 2 Unit Citations and Scott was awarded a Commendation for removing a seat belt buckled unconscious passenger from an overturned burning car. He is a STRONG supporter of Law Enforcement and to this day his closest friends are the Police with whom he served.
After leaving the Police Department in 1978 he started his Real Estate career. In 2013 he brought two of his children (Steve & Lauren) as Associates into his business. The majority of Scott's business is past customers and personal referrals. The highest compliment he gets is his clients referring their children to him. These referrals have grown to the point where his children’s generation is accounting for an increasingly larger portion of his business. It only seemed logical to have his son and daughters generation work with one another. Scott's experience allows for him to oversee their business while still working closely with his past clients. He is past president of his community association and served on the parish council at a local church. A recognized real estate expert in Maryland's District and Circuit Court's, the level of commitment and involvement that Scott has demonstrated in his personal life is what you can expect from him professionally
Scott relaxes by either playing the piano, enjoying a great cigar or riding his Harley-Davidson. He has written many songs and recorded them at professional studios in Nashville. In the past he was offered a contract on one of his songs (Living the Good Life) from the "Mayor of Music Row" in Nashville. He also signed a contract for another one of his songs (Sweet Little Girl) from a prominent music publisher in Los Angeles who had huge hits for among others, Kenny Rogers. He also wrote and did a video (Vote You Out) at the U.S. Capitol which received You Tube kudo's and to this day gets rave reviews from people all over the nation. Another song that Scott wrote received air play on several commercial FM radio stations in Baltimore, and on hundreds of stations nationwide. Here is a sample of Scott's music for you to enjoy at...
