Carolyn Roberson

Carolyn started in RE in 1989, working part time while continuing a career as a Pediatric Registered Nurse.  After retirement from nursing, Carolyn continued working in the same office in Dunkirk as a full time agent.

Carolyn started in RE in 1989, working part time while continuing a career as a Pediatric Registered Nurse.  After retirement from nursing, Carolyn continued working in the same office in Dunkirk as a full time agent.

Carolyn received her Associate Broker license after finishing the GRI course (Graduate Real Estate Institute).  Other designations earned were CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CDPE(Certified  Distressed Property Expert).  Carolyn is an experienced agent in REO properties as well and has handled these properties for several banks over the past 10-15 years.

She is active in the local board serving on various committees through her career.  Serving on MLS, Grievance & Professional Standards committees.  Also served on committees on the state level with Maryland Association of Realtors(MAR).

In 1993 Carolyn was chosen as the Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year for SMAR and represented Southern Maryland Board at the Maryland State convention.

Carolyn, mother of 3 children, grandmother to 3 children & 3 grand dogs enjoys working with sellers and buyers in Calvert, Anne Arundel & Prince George’s Counties.  Being a Southern Maryland resident for the past 40 years she knows the area and will welcome your call or referral.
