As a local Real Estate professional, Linda knows the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy. She began her Real Estate career in 2002 and quickly moved at a fast pace. She was awarded Rookie of the year; she is a member of RE/MAX 100's Million Dollar Club and their Executive Club, along with multiple years as a Diamond Award winner.
Before Real Estate, immediately following college, Linda entered the world of banking where she remained for 13 years. Those were formable years as she gained invaluable knowledge and experience of the banking industry which she now uses to help and advise her buyers through the loan process. Following her banking industry experience she started her own marketing business. She worked with multiple professionals in Southern Maryland growing and expanding their business. Her marketing experience established her knowledge and talents that are needed by sellers to display, market and move properties to the “SOLD” category.
Linda always does the leg work, keeping clients up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. Linda’s skills in finance, contracts, negotiation and marketing are the client’s best advantage in today’s real estate market.
